Description of the Product

A 38m victory column was erected by Emperor Trajan in year 113 to commemorate the wars between the Romans and the Dacians. As it lists his war triumphs it has been a valuable source of information on the study of Roman, as well as barbarian, warfare, military equipment and armory. This Roman helmet features in many of the columns war scenes. It has been hand forged and has an antiquated finish. Fully adjustable. Cheekbones and chin are protected with flaps. Essential for all collectors of Roman armor. Can be seen in the HBO production ”Rome”.
