Description of the Product
These six cartridges are a great decoration to go alongside the classic Wild West six-shot revolvers, the Colt Peacemakers. The lead bullet at the end of the brass sleeve was a common and typical cartridge type during the Wild West era.
This cartridge is the same in size and appearance as the original, but not suitable for use with our Peacemaker revolvers. For safety reasons, the cylinders of the Peacemaker revolvers manufactured by Denix can only hold decorative cartridges one degree smaller than the correct cartridge. So, because this cartridge has the same dimensions as the originals, it is larger than what can fit onto the cylinders of our replica revolvers.

The product looks mostly realistic at a first glance. I don’t need them to fit inside a weapon so their size is a non-issue for me, as they’ll sit on a bandolier for a costume.

Paketti tuli nopeasti sisältäen tilaamani patruunat. Ne ovat ulkoisesti täysin odotusteni mukaiset, upeat, mutta lupaamaanne 11,5mm:ä hieman paksummat; eivät mahtuneet Army Coltini 11,5mm:n rullaan. Harkitsen, josko hioisin niitä ohuemmiksi, mutta silloin menettäisin messingin värin. Siihenkin minulla on kyllä ratkaisu, mutta sitä täytyy testata vielä. Kiitos hienosta paketista! Reijo
