2. Scoring: Each player can use arrows of a different color or mark their arrows in some way to distinguish them from their opponent's. When an arrow lands within a square, it claims that square for the player who shot it similarly as you would mark X or O in tic-tac-toe.
3. Winning: The first player to achieve three of their arrows/squares in a row wins the game. If all squares are filled without a winner, the game is a draw.

2. Different sized targets: Introduce a handicap system where more experienced shooters have to hit smaller targets or use fewer arrows to win the game. For example a beginner has to hit anywhere in the square but the most experienced shooter has to hit bullseye for the shot to count.
