Description of the Product

This fantastical Pagan letter opener sword depicts a winged dragon, and is rife with pagan symbolism. This draconian sword is perfect for rites and rituals for all paganistic traditions, including Wicca, where dragons are held in the highest regard. In the Celtic tradition dragons were symbols of fertility, wisdom and immortality, but also represented the untamed forces of nature. In Christian tales the dragon would come to symbolize chaos, as analogies of the pagan religions. The slaying of a dragon thus symbolised vividly the victory of the ordered new society over the old pagan one.   Super impressed! I'll admit I'm no historian, but the cloak I purchased was both fashionable and practical!
