BattleBlades lightest sword yet with a luxurious saya and wide bo-hi. Handforged clay tempered 1095 high carbon steel blade with wide bo-hi reaching all the way up to the Chu-kissaki. Razor sharp cutting edge, with graceful and rich Sanbon-Sugi hamon and top-of-the-line hand polishing.

This katana features blackened brass fuchi, kashira and menukis and an extra slim black tsuba. The tsuka is made of hardwood, with premium grade brown cotton ito wrapped firmly around stingray skin. A copper seppa and an eye-catching brass habaki are skillfully fitted to ensure firm finishing of the koshirae.

The Saya presents true craftsmanship. Hardwood finished with multiple layers of red lacquer. It features polished black buffalo horn koiguchi, kurikata and kojiri. Highest grade thick Sageo gives the final impression for the discernible scabbard.

This well balanced exquisite weapon comes with an embroidered BattleBlades Inc. silk sword bag and certificate of authenticity.
