Description of the Product
These 3 woodcarving knives are a great option if you would like to try something new and learn new techniques. The set comes with a blank spoon for carving practice, so you can start straight away. With different knives, you will be able to make different lines, and with others, you can carve geometric shapes, like the bowl part of the spoon. The set comes in a gift package - a case in the form of a book!
All the tools are razor-sharp and ready to use right out of the box, and the blades are made of high-quality high-carbon steel. All the knives have ergonomic handles that are made of ashwood and covered with natural linseed oil. It also comes with a leather strop and a polishing compound.
The tools are sharpened to a 20° bevel angle, making them ideal for carving soft wood. We do not recommend using them on hardwood, as the fine edge may dull more quickly with tougher materials.
