Made of heavy, dark navy blue wool with a black poly-cotton lining, this cloak has a double mantle and a high Nehru collar. Heavy-duty elastic loops and buttons at the collar ensure a strong closure. The wool blend fabric is made of 69% sheep wool, 19% polyester, 7% nylon and 5% acrylic.
