Description of the Product
Arming caps were always worn under helmet or chain mail coif for the comfort of the warrior and to absorb the force of blows. This very heavy and thick arming cap can be used under any helmet or on its own as a protective headdress. Perfect protection for historical reenactment combat.
Exterior made of 100 % cotton canvas and the interior padding made of polyurethane foam. Made by Ulfberht.
Thickness approx. 8 mm and 5 mm under pressure.
