This sturdy battle-ready shield boss is made of 2 mm thick steel and is perfect for all DIY-projects. Tuo isompi kupura kyllä on ihan laadukas. Vielä ei omaan kilpeen mennyt kiinni kun vaatii kilpi fiksausta vielä mutta suojaöljyissä säilyy hyvin.

Isompi kupura on hyvä esim. viikinkikilpeen. Tein tästä n. 30cm halkaisijaltaan olevan käsikilven/bucklerin ja siihen oli melko korkea, mutta sisälle mahtuu toisaalta tosi iso hansikas. Hyvä laatu ja kestävyys. Niitit ovat pitkiä ja rautasahalla lyhennettävissä jos käyttää about 6 millimetrin paksuista vaneria kilpeen ja päällystää sen liimatulla kankaalla ja niittaa vasaralla siihen. Laitoin prikat niittien pyöristyviin päihin että kestää varmasti eikä uppoa vaneriin.

Oikein hyvä kupura historiaa elävöittämään. Hinta ei päätä huimaa, eikä tuosta lyö häijyinkään berserkkisoturi ihan helposti läpi.
