Description of the Product

This richly illustrated book looks at Luistari in Eura, an important prehistoric burial site of the Finnish bronze age, from several perspectives.

Euran Luistari is one of the largest archaeologically studied places in Finland. Along with Eura's ancient costume, it is especially known for the rich finds from the Viking Age, which include a lot of jewelry and several swords.

In this richly illustrated book, a group of researchers delve into Finland's Bronze Age, ancient DNA research, Iron Age clothing and objects, as well as castle mountains and ancient languages. Modern world perspective is also presented and we have a look at historical reenactment, prehistoric travel, tattoos and cartoon art.

Please note that this book is only available in Finnish and Swedish! All texts are in Finnish and in Swedish.
